Brad has been a professional financial planner and strategist since 1999. Initially starting his career helping clients create more wealth, Brad quickly broadened to more complex financial strategies as he recognised this need for his growing client base. Brad’s client centric focus and desire for true transparency led to creation of his own a boutique financial planning practice Finstyle Planning Solutions. Brad was one of the early adopters of the ‘advice fee’ model and continues to grow a successful business on the many referrals his existing clients provide.
Brad says his main goal is to provide financial peace of mind to his clients with a specific focus on lifestyle goals and objectives. Brad is a sought after speaker and appears at regular client events and professional industry associations.
Brad’s qualifications include an Advanced Diploma Financial Services (FP). He is a qualified specialist for Self-Managed Super Funds and Business Risk Management Solutions. Brad Isaac is an Authorised of Matrix Planning Solutions Limited AFSL 238256 & ABN 45 087 470 200.
When away from the office Brad enjoys a round or golf and maintains a solid fitness schedule most days in week.
We are pleased to welcome Tracey Umana as our Credit Advisor to Finstyle Lending.Tracey brings a wealth of knowledge in the Financial services industry.
With over 15 years experience as a Lending Specialist in various roles with in the bank she brings her expert knowledge in all aspects of lending, she also has indepth knowledge or all banking requirements. We are very excited to have her on board.
Tracey will be assisting in some of our financial strategies that we have in place in the coming months and will be also ensuring that your current loans are best placed and you are receiving the best possible interest rate and product to suit your needs and most importantly that you are being looked after by your current lender.
She will also be working closely alongside myself to ensure that each and every Finstyle client has a dedicated point of contact to ensure that all your Financial needs are being met.
Initially we’ll have a general conversation about your background and reasons for seeking financial advice, then explain our planning process.
We’ll book your first appointment then send you an email detailing what you will need to bring with you, plus a Lifestyle Questionnaire.
You’ll be introduced to your financial adviser for an hour long consultation to discuss why you came to see us and explore your current situation both financially and personally, plus your goals and objectives. We may send you away with a few additional items to complete and return.
After your meeting and returning any documents, we’ll provide a letter of engagement outlining the expected work involved and the estimated fee. Take all the time you need to think it through, and feel free to call us to discuss. If you decide to proceed, 50% of your initial fee is payable.
Now we formulate a strategy and prepare your initial Statement of Advice. This is a comprehensive document outlining your situation and our recommended strategy. Your financial adviser will present this document to you ensuring you understand and are comfortable with any recommendations we have made.
If you’re confident with our recommendations, our team will commence implementation of the proposed strategies. We will then assist and facilitate any third party meetings where required with respective brokers, accountants, solicitors or alternate referral partners.
When the implementation has completed we’ll arrange a review meeting to ensure everything is running smoothly. The ongoing advice process covers any additional ad hoc advice, as well as regular reviews, as required.

All advice is provided by our qualified and lead authorised representative with extensive industry experience and is able to provide this advice in all of these areas.
We provide a holistic approach to your financial plan and ongoing active management. We assess your overall position and then commit to a tailored plan with a suitable fee package.
Any commission we receive from a fund manager, life office or referral partner may be offset against your annual fee arrangement. This will be set out in your initial Letter of Engagement.
We do not provide legal or accounting advice, however if requested we can refer you to an accountant or solicitor for these services.
We use a variety of planning tools to assist you in the planning process and ultimately the generation of your plan. Here is a selection of support tools for you to explore.
An annual home loan health check is recommended to ensure you have the most suitable loan arrangements in place. To make this process easier Finstyle Lending offers a complimentary home loan health check, so you can feel confident your home loan is appropriate for your current set of financial circumstances. We’ll provide you with up-to-date mortgage advice to help ensure your home loan is still structured to meet your current and future requirements. It costs you nothing and could save you time and money.
We will look at flexible ways you could restructure your loan, consolidate your credit card or personal loan debt into your home loan or unlock the equity in your home for other investments. We’ll also provide you with invaluable advice on how you could get more out of the features available on your home loan.
